Processing Time:

Our typical processing time for orders is within 3-5 working days. During this time, our we carefully craft and customize your items to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. We take pride in our attention to detail and want to ensure that each item is perfect.

Rushed Orders:

We understand that there may be instances where you need your order sooner than our standard processing time. While we cannot guarantee rushed orders, we do our best to accommodate them whenever possible. We will do our utmost to meet your needs and provide you with an estimated processing time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Three Ferns Design Co., we specialize in creating custom products that are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. While we understand that you may have concerns about not being able to return or exchange custom products, we assure you that we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Are you able to create a custom item or design?

At Three Ferns Design Co., we are dedicated to providing personalized and laser engraved products that are tailored to your unique needs. We understand that sometimes you may have a specific vision in mind or want to create something truly one-of-a-kind. That's why we are more than happy to work on custom orders and ideas. Please reach out with any ideas you may have and we'll be happy to work with you to make your vision come to life. Please note, we may apply extra fees based on the intricacy and time required to bring your idea to fruition. Rest assured, these fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and are always communicated transparently before proceeding with the order.

Can you engrave my logo onto products?

Yes, logos can be engraved onto products for an extra fee. Please send all logos in black and white and in either a JPG of PNG format.

Why is the engraving on my product a different color to what is shown on your website?

When it comes to engraving on natural wood, it's important to understand that different shades of wood can produce varying results. This is due to the unique properties of each type of wood and how it interacts with the engraving process.

Please note, all boards may vary in color due to the specific grains of that board.

Can I put my charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

No, all charcuterie boards are hand wash only with warm water using a sponge and soap. Please refrain from soaking the boards and hand dry them using a dish towel.
